General Order Information
- Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!
- We will only accept one coupon code per order.

- All orders over $50 made in the continental US will receive free shipping. Standard Shipping within the continental United States is $6.00. Shipment to Hawaii and Alaska is $10.00. Specific shipping costs to countries outside the US will be quoted based on the shipping address provided.
- Orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase unless your item is a pre-order
- All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
- You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to a incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you. If you feel you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered

- We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for the carrier’s guarantees.
- We are NOT responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.

- These items are all FINAL sales and cannot be returned to our warehouse:
- Accessories (including: Handbags, Hats, Jewelry, Koozies, Sunglasses, Cover-ups, and Scarves)
- Jeggings and Leggings
- Sale Items (including: Super Deals, Flash Sales, and Clearance)
- All returned items must still have the original tags on them. Returned merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.
- Merchandise may be returned within 20 days of delivery. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.
- When making a return, please include the original invoice and any notes (written or via email) as to why it is being returned.
- Please allow 3-4 business days to receive your return, and 5-7 business days for our return department to process your store credit.
- If approved for a return, a refund will be applied to the payment form. Please allow 3-5 business days after we have received the returned item to be credited.
- If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return, then you will be responsible to pay a $5 return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.
- If you would like to exchange the same item for a different size, you may go ahead and place a new order for that item. We will issue a refund back to your original payment form for the items when your return is processed.
- Due to our limited quantities, we may not be able to honor an exchange and in that event, we will process as a return.
Defects or Problems With Your Order?
- If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us at email@example.com or within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue.
- Please include the following:
- Indicate “Damaged” in the subject line
- Order number and name of the product
- Picture of damaged product
- Once we receive your items they will be processed within 2-3 business days
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
- Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
