Okay, all summer long our kids have came first. Sunscreen has been split in our handbags, fantastic high heels have came out of the suitcase to fit life jackets, and more time has been spent looking for "ultra skinny- but tall" school uniform pants than I would care to admit. Love em", but schools back in session, which means one thing to me and to many others- it's time to buy some new fall clothes! Which had me wondering... what style do you gravitate toward when the temperatures dip and leaves begin turning? Every year, beginning in August I impatiently wait for Labor Day to come so I can start wearing chunky cream knits, pumpkin or mustard colored prints, and latte browns. That's still the same, fall and all it's glory is my favorite time of year. However, I also have been enjoying wearing the brighter colors too. Instead of pairing a bright colored top with white shorts, I begin wearing them with jeans or black bottoms, and throwing a blazer or cardi over top. As our hours of daylight begin the slow creep away, its nice to still have a pop of color around to add a little life to the day...especially as the homework begins to roll in.
